Guidance Begins with Understanding

Landscape beauty, function, and performance are shaped by decisions made during design, installation, and maintenance. Many landscape decisions are made with good intentions but limited information. Clarity and understanding transform good intentions into informed decisions made with confidence.Through Landscape Assessments, Landscape Planning, or Landscape Coaching, our mission remains the same: helping people better understand their landscapes through trusted guidance. That commitment has guided my career and remains the foundation of The Landscape Advisor.

Meet the Advisor- Kenny Adams

My experience spans landscape design, construction, maintenance, arboriculture, and public landscape management. Working across both the private and public sectors has given me the opportunity to see landscapes through every stage of their lifecycle and from multiple perspectives. Those experiences reinforced something I believe deeply: better landscape decisions begin with understanding. Whether evaluating an established landscape, planning future improvements, or helping someone build confidence through hands-on learning, I believe success comes from understanding how landscapes function as living systems. As an ISA Certified Arborist, I founded The Landscape Advisor to combine technical expertise with practical education. One of my greatest strengths is translating complex landscape concepts into guidance that people can understand, apply, and act on with confidence.

Begin with a Conversation

Every landscape presents opportunities, challenges, and decisions. One of the things I enjoy most about this profession is helping people better understand the outdoor environments they invest in and depend on.Whether you're exploring ideas, evaluating a concern, planning for the future, or seeking a trusted perspective, understanding is the first step toward meaningful action.
